Crown & Andrews Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
The nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).
All prices displayed on website will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel or eParcel Express.
All orders under $100 will have the applicable postage charge applied to the cart at the checkout process. All orders over $100 will have free postage for eParcel or customers may opt to have the applicable eParcel Express postage charge applied.
It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which is why we aim to dispatch orders on the next business day.
Crown & Andrews Pty Ltd does not offer international shipping.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
We aim to dispatch orders on the next business day.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.
If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Crown & Andrews Pty Ltd, as soon as possible. Please see Returns or Exchanges Policy for more information.

All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will include Goods and Services Tax (10% GST) for all orders being delivered within Australia unless otherwise stated.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Swim Vests are eligible for exchange online within 14 days of payment given the tax invoice can be produced, original tags are attached and items are in an unused condition.
To obtain an exchange online, the items must be returned with a completed “Exchange & Return Form”, To obtain a copy of this form
To ensure the preferred item for exchange is held whilst the returning order is in transit, email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance with the below information. If the style you require is out of stock an online credit note or refund will be issued.

Swim Vests purchased on sale (permanently marked down items situated in the specials section of www.wahu.com.au) are not eligible for refunds; unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality.
All Swim Vests are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.

The customer is entitled to choose a replacement or full refund if the item is faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality.

Crown & Andrews Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a Crown & Andrews Pty Ltd Representative, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the items arrival at the Crown & Andrews Pty Ltd Head Office.
a) Crown & Andrews Pty Ltd will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
b) Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
c) For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
d) You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.
e) In the event that your product is lost in transit, Britz Marketing Australasia will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
f) We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
If your order is returned for refund or online credit note and you have received a promotional item of gift with purchase, the item must also be returned in an original condition with tags intact; otherwise the retail price will be deducted from the refunded amount.
There is no warranty or exchange on Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.
Gifts with purchase are subject to availability. Subject to any rights you may have at law, they cannot be exchanged or refunded and a warranty does not apply. Gifts with purchase cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation. Please follow the returns and exchange process if you wish to make changes to your order.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Crown & Andrews Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.
Crown & Andrews Pty Ltd will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
